Editorial system: all modules at a glance
Our editorial system modules were developed specifically for radio stations and are built around the daily work inside your station.
Broadcast planning
Plan items and news for your programme simply and clearly by drag & drop, and keep an overview of everything going on air.
Promotions & campaigns
Design and plan all promotions, campaigns and events entirely digitally. Link them directly to your programme content.
Schedule
Every appointment in the newsroom at a glance. Never miss a press conference, plan interviews and organise your team’s tasks.
AI functions
Increase your efficiency, grow your output and open up new ground through sensible use of artificial intelligence inside our system.
Items & content
Plan items for broadcast slots and link them with audio, images, video and documents to build substantial content.
News & headlines
Create all your news content and headlines in the system, then use them to build the news bulletins in your programme.
Channels
The channel function lets you run several programmes from a single interface with just one login.
Prize handling
Record winners from on-air competitions or other (online) promotions and always know which prizes have already been handed over. Carry winners through into the listener database.
Listeners & community
The community module lets you manage all your listener records, from newsletter subscribers to competition entrants, and capture data from other sources.
Personalised dashboards
Alongside a system dashboard that you set centrally as an administrator, every user can create as many dashboards of their own as they need.
Sharing Center
Made for broadcasting groups, alliances and networks: exchange content and data with several stations in real time and put that speed to work.
Contacts database
Manage key contacts and experts, with tagging and a thorough search function for day-to-day editorial research.
Reservations
Manage rooms, vehicles and equipment for better planning, coordination and an overview of resources.
What our customers say
Frequently asked questions about our modules
Can I have custom modules built?
Yes. We are glad to build new modules or adapt existing ones to your specific requirements. Talk to us about what you need and we will give you an assessment.
Are the modules linked to each other?
Yes. Modules are linked wherever that makes sense. You can link one or more promotions to any item, for example, which gives you an immediate overview of every on-air appearance belonging to that promotion.
Will more modules be developed in future?
Yes. Alongside extensions to existing modules and functions, we work continuously on the system as a whole. Technical possibilities grow almost by the day and we want to put them to good use in the editorial system.
Do I have to book all modules?
Modules are not booked individually. Every station licence contains the full range, including the AI functions. The tiers differ by volume, meaning users, channels and instances, and by service level, not by which functions you get. If you do not need certain modules, we can adjust the price accordingly within reason. If none of the defined packages fits your structure, we will prepare a custom quote.
What is included as standard and what is optional?
All modules are part of every station licence. Optional extensions are available for specific requirements: synthetic voices via ElevenLabs, interfaces to playout systems such as Radio.Cloud and DABiS800, single sign-on via SAML2, API access with write permissions, plus additional channels and the Sharing Center for broadcasting groups and alliances.
